Gratitude is when you choose to be kind to yourself amidst the difficulties, it’s the moment you celebrate a small moment while you anticipate a bigger one, it’s the minute you stand in the corner a little longer waiting for your turn. 

Gratitude is just being kind to yourself and others around you by spreading light, showing and giving love and supporting their journey to fulfilling purpose. 

Gratitude is a daily lifeline— it’s food for the soul and calcium to the bones. Gratitude is finding joy daily in the simplest ways, exploring, experiencing and expressing it in ways that are wholesome and energizing. 

Gratitude is your power and presence, grit is your story.
