Dear special needs kindred, 

It’s always exciting to share these words from my heart to everyone in the world. 

Change occurs every day, everywhere and in every way but the only way to respond to it is to adapt. 

As a special being, adapting isn’t giving up; it’s using your instinct, insight and intuition to move forward your way. 

You don’t need to do it like anyone else, you only need to do it your way. 

Trust me, when you adapt to circumstances you are not failing, you are recalibrating.

It is important you know what works for you- bringing your values into perspective and shaping them to fit into the world you are desirous of being in. Whether you are navigating a mobility challenge, neurodivergence, hearing impairment, a dyslexic, an autistic, etc. it’s up to you to adapt, adjust and achieve your purpose. 

Flexibility is your superpower! Wear your cape and spread your wings, aim higher and shoot for the stars. Adapting doesn’t mean you are letting yourself off the hook, it means you are being strategic. 

Adapting requires a mind shift, makeover and motivation to keep your eyes on the prize. 

Shine your light and keep it burning bright!

Be aware of your choices, challenges and chances such that they are not clogs in the wheel but stepping stones to your success in your career, business, family life and relationships. 

Decisions are springboards to navigating the world-Right or wrong ones leave indelible marks or scars. 

Use your special ability to your advantage. Advantages utilized brings you to the spotlight, takes you to the stage and paves your pathway to success. 

Perseverance requires intentionality, continuity and commitment to what truly counts. It’s the push on the not-so-good days to the eureka moments on the feel-good days that makes the difference- the difference is magical, fulfilling and breathtakingly beautiful. 

Time gives an assurance of happiness, hope and healing. 

Adapt, adjust, achieve is not just a mantra but a call to action to ask for help, be vulnerable, be approachable and speak up. 

Break the silence! It has become too loud and it’s deafening! 

See beyond sight 

Walk into wealth and take hold of it 

Hear God and go forth 

Lend a helping hand to someone who needs it 

Speak clearly and confidently 

Forget about what’s down and look up! 

If you have an extra chromosome, don’t worry about it, that’s what makes you cool! 

Doodle, dance, play in the sand and enjoy art 

You will have the last laugh
